January absolutely LIT up the Red carpet and stole the evening!
She surely pulled this absolutely exquisite and intricate dress off and does it effortlessly.
Edgy futuristic Couture meets Old Hollywood Glamour at ITS BEST!!
Secondly, Blake Lively whose known for her "Edgy upper-east side" style, inspiring a new generation to Dress up, certainly Did! during the Emmy's. 
She had the Best Head-to-Toe Look! and not to mention she had a CHARMING personality as seen here! She def had it going on that evening..
