why am i not surprised when Tim brought the designers to a party supplies store?!
Challenging them to create their signature looks with Party supplies (yes, with only party supplies, no additional trip to Mood!)
but, to Tim's amazement(mine too), the designers overcame the challenge, and sent out many great Looks to the runway.

well, i Absolutely Loved this look when it came out on the Project Runway's Runway(say it out loud? LOL!).
not just it's because it's announced as the Winner for this particular challenge.
but, the moment it appeared on the runway, BOOM! it just HIT ME hard!!
what a dress!!! love the H2T look..the hair, the make-up, the cut-out glove, the one shoulder with the "spiky" details and how the braids on the dress complimented the figure both front & back. not a big fan of the shoes though?!
i laughed out loud when Michael Kors mentioned that Heidi and Rihanna would fight over this dress?! Fergie and Victoria Beckham might just join in the girl fight?
did i mention that the dress is created entirely out of ribbons?
Andy South, the designer, manipulated black ribbons into unexpected forms and creating texture on the dress!
And created the glove out of a black Ballon!! Brillant!!!
Another dress worth mentioning!
