The Adjustment Bureau meets Louis Vuitton.

Yesterday, without any prior knowledge & expectation and with the persuasion of my friend,
i went to watch The Adjustment Bureau in the movies.
It was definitely a Pleasant Surprise and its by far The Best (under rated, least publicized) Movie, that i have watched for 2011.

1. Emily Blunt have now become My fave actress!
can Emily really Dance? or its Great Acting on her part?!!
2. Mad Men suits are styled so Modernly with a fresh twist in this Film!!
3. Hmm.. did Marc Jacobs watched the film then came out with the styling for Louis Vuitton's
fall collection?
if you have watched the film, you might understand why i say so.
well, the Hats (which i cant wait to get my hands on,if they even produce them),
the GentleMenswear-Inspired Looks,
the leather Bags and soft leather document folders,
the styling-layering with modern/futuristic twists.

but well, I HEART LOUIS VUITTON!!!

some SPARKLE please!!!

wow, 2 posts back to back, both inspired by SATC 2.
Personally, it's truly a great Inspiring movie, in terms of the Message, presentation, character developement, and of course the Fashion! prefered this over the debut. this time round, Pat really stepped it up a couple of Notches! Majorly ramped up the Glamour.

SPARKLES! SPARKLES!! SPARKLES!!!

with Carrie's point-of-view about marriage and the obvious concurrent theme in the wardrobe.
co-incidently, i was at Borders getting some magazines, and saw this cover of Riri in Balmian! got really excited and pumped! grabbed it in a heartbeat thinking that it's gonna be a great issue.but to my amazement, Riri's style in her spread didn't tally with what we see on the cover. Joe..what's going on? and there's no editorial spread or feature about Balmain or sparkly mini's or how to wear the 80's revival for 2010. The cover was a great looking Bluff! i was utterly disappointed. but, thank God, SATC 2 was so good that i got over It!

the 2010 version of Dorothry's sparkly ruby slippers walking down the yellow brick road.

just Loved Tim Gunn's comment during this scene! LOL...
dress by Matthew Williamson, with Major styling & minor revamping by the genius Pat Field!
a very Sparkly Fab 4 in 4 distinct individual style, in one of the most Fun scene in SATC history. Hands Down!
Samantha/Kim working the Sparkly harem pants by Ralph Lauren when the Fab 4 arrived at Abu Dhabi In Style!

vintage Anna Wintour working some Sparkle! Mini dress. cant really see her like this anymore..
